Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using any Clingogo extension ("Extension") or visiting clingogo.com ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and stop using our services.

Clingogo is operated by Do Viet Quang, an independent developer based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

2. Description of Service

Clingogo develops and distributes Chrome browser extensions. Extensions may be offered under a freemium model with a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Features available under each tier are described on the relevant product page.

3. Free Tier

The free tier is provided at no cost and may be used indefinitely. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free tier features at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Pro Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Polar (polar.sh), our payment provider and Merchant of Record. By subscribing you also agree to Polar's Terms of Service at polar.sh/legal/terms.

• Trial period: Where offered, a 7-day free trial is available. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Polar account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
• Refunds: Refund requests within 7 days of initial purchase will be honored. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion. Contact support@clingogo.com for refund requests.
• Price changes: We will notify subscribers at least 30 days before any price increase. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.

5. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our extensions for personal or commercial purposes on devices you own or control. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the extension
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the extension to third parties
• Use the extension to build a competing product
• Share or transfer your Pro license to another user

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our extensions to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Circumvent paywalls or access controls of third-party services
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of any website or service
• Engage in any automated scraping or data harvesting

7. Intellectual Property

All extensions, code, designs, logos, and content created by Clingogo are the exclusive property of Do Viet Quang. "Clingogo", "LunaMode", and associated logos are trademarks of Do Viet Quang. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our extensions are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The extension will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The extension will be compatible with all websites or browser versions
• Any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clingogo and Do Viet Quang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our extensions, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Pro features if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use Pro features ends immediately. We will provide a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription at our discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify Pro subscribers via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of our extensions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
